Christian MotorSports Fundraising was created to meet all your Fundraising needs. It is designed to not only profit your organization, but makes a great outreach tool for your group to use. We provide all the necessary tools to have a successful campaign.

How Does it Work?
It is Christian MotorSports Fundraising’s goal to provide a simple, profitable, and effective fundraiser to help reach your goal as an organization. We offer a magazine that will not only catch the potential sponsors attention but allow the “Good News” of Jesus Christ to touch the hearts of those who read it. Each organization simply registers online. You will sell each magazine at $6.00 or $24 per subscription. We recommend that every participant receive a fundraising form to keep track of each sponsor and a current magazine for a “show piece." It is that easy!

How much can my organization make?
You average a profit of $2.75 per issue sold and $12 per subscription.

How much does it cost?
Each magazine is bought at the wholesale cost of $3.00 per magazine (plus S&H of $12.50 per lots of 50). Even if you are selling subscriptions (no pre-purchase required) in your fundraising instead of individual magazines, we highly recommend that you purchase the minimum bulk order of magazines necessary to provide each fundraising participant with a “show piece” to help close the sale.
(Minimum bulk order = 5 magazines at $3/each plus S&H)

Who collects the profits?
For single magazine sales the POTENTIAL SPONSOR will purchase the single copy with cash/check/money order at $5 each (they may want to purchase more than one copy to give to family or friends, etc.). Your organization is responsible to collect the funds from your participants after an order form is completely filled out. It is your Director/Leader/Youth Pastor/Teacher's (etc) responsibility to make sure all money is accounted for according to the order form. The combined orders will be totaled and the check ($3/each + S&H) mailed to Christian MotorSports Illustrated. The total amount of magazines will be shipped back to the participating organization to be distributed to the individual sponsors. You keep your profits right up front!

For subscription magazine sales the POTENTIAL SPONSOR will purchase the one-year subscription with cash or check for $24. Your organization is responsible to collect the funds as well as the completed subscription forms from your participants. It is your Director/Leader/Youth Pastor/Teacher's (etc) responsibility to make sure all money is accounted for according to the order form. The combined orders will be totaled and the check ($12 for each subscription) along with the subscription forms will be mailed to Christian MotorSports Illustrated. The total amount of magazines will be shipped back to the participating organization to be distributed to the individual sponsors. You keep your profits right up front!

How long should my organization sell for?
